Terms and conditions:
a) Advance payment for participation: 1000 rubles / ton;
b) Deadline for the submission of applications and confirmation of payment: the 21st day of the month preceding the month of shipment;
c) Announcement of results: 25th day of the month preceding the month of shipment;
d) Return of advance payment in case of loss: 3 working days after announcement of results.
The e-mail address for bid offers: n.bunina@firstoil.ru. Person in charge / contact person: Bunina Natalya Borisovna. The contact person from the part of 1Oil is only responsible for completeness of documents and for technical support of the bidding process. However, this person is not entitled to discuss commercial issues.
